1.前期沟通
Initial Contact

Please fill out our enquiry form—this helps us understand your needs, vision, budget, and timeline. You will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a face-to-face consultation.
2.首次咨询及估价 First Consultation & Estimation
在咨询期间，我们将讨论您的主要目标与想实现的效果，并根据您的预算提供建议与解决方案。我们将收集所有必要信息，为您提供建筑成本的预估，准确率可达 90%。
⚠️ 由于此阶段尚无设计图纸或工程计划，无法提供最终报价。
我们将在 5 个工作日内提供预估价格。
During this consultation, we’ll discuss your key objectives and offer solutions tailored to your budget.We gather relevant information to provide a preliminary construction estimate with up to 90% accuracy.
⚠️ At this stage, a final quote is not possible due to the lack of construction drawings or engineering plans.
The estimate will be delivered within 5 business days.
3. 初步协议 Preliminary Agreement
收到预估后，我们将签订初步协议，该协议涵盖所有设计与规划相关费用。
我们将基于您的想法，开始草图设计，让您的愿景初现雏形。
Once you approve the estimate, we’ll sign a Preliminary Agreement, which covers planning and design costs. We will begin turning your ideas into visual concepts you can review and refine.
4. 规划设计阶段 Planning & Design Stage
我们将绘制完整的建筑设计图，准备所有需要的报告及文件，并提交给当地议会以进行审批。获取议会批准通常需要约 6 个月时间。
We’ll develop complete architectural drawings, prepare required reports, and submit them to council for approval. The approval process typically takes around 6 months.
5. 报价与签约 Quotation & Contract Signing
当项目获得议会正式批准后，我们将向您提供正式合同报价。签署合同前需支付 5% 定金。📜 根据1989年《住宅建筑法》第7BA条款，个人可在签约后5个工作日内取消合同，无需承担任何责任。
After receiving council approval, we will issue the final contract price. A 5% deposit is required at the time of contract signing.
📜 Under the 1989 Home Building Act (Section 7BA), clients are entitled to a 5-business-day cooling-off period after signing, with no penalty.
6. 开工建设 Construction Commencement
在开工建设前，AHC 会为项目做好全面准备，确保施工高效、顺利进行：

为您的项目购买强制性建筑保修保险，以保障建筑期间及之后的合法权益。
📄 施工证书（Construction Certificate, CC）
在获得议会批准后，我们会申请施工证书，以便正式进入施工阶段。
👷 安排专业工人
包括木工、水管工、电工、石膏工、渲染工等，确保施工质量与各阶段协调无误。
🧰 材料采购及项目调度
精心安排材料采购和施工时间表，确保施工按计划进行，不延误。
Before construction begins, AHC handles all necessary preparations to ensure a smooth and efficient building process:
🛡️Home Warranty Insurance
We arrange the mandatory warranty insurance to protect your project during and after construction.
📄 Construction Certificate (CC)
Once council approval is granted, we apply for a Construction Certificate to commence building works legally.
👷 Scheduling Qualified Trades
We coordinate all essential trades—carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, renderers, and more.
🧰 Material Procurement & Project Scheduling
We manage material sourcing and project timelines to keep everything on track and on time.
7. 实际完工交房 Practical Completion & Handover
当工程获得市议会签发的 入住证书（Occupation Certificate, OC） 后，您就可以拎包入住、正式搬家。
交付后，AHC 仍将持续为您提供支持，随时协助处理任何问题或疑虑。
Once the Occupation Certificate (OC) is approved by council, your home is ready for handover and move-in.
Even after handover, AHC remains available to help with any post-construction questions or concerns.
